ccording to CNN, an Iowa discrict court ruled that the state's prohibition on gay marriage violates the state constitution's due process and equal protection guarantees. Although this is a decision by a lower court that is subject to review by the state's supreme court, it's still good news, and I'm glad to hear it.
I haven't tried very hard, but I haven't been able to find a copy of the decision. Anyone have any idea how to get ahold of it?

Since it's the district court, they might not have published the opinion.
